Francis Vandenhende is a passionate chef. How else would you explain his decision to leave his other restaurants behind, to come back to the atmosphere of this charming place he created 25 years ago, close to St-Germain-des-Prés and to the Parliament House?

It is thus not surprising to find oneself surrounded by connoisseurs and by regulars. At La Ferme St Simon you get a warm and personalised welcome and Denise Fabre, the chef's wife will tell you: “everybody has been, is or will be a guest at La Ferme St Simon!”

The list is indeed a long one: Jimmy Carter, François Mitterrand, Hugh Grant among many many others… Sometimes you meet the world of politics here, sometimes that of show business, but always lovers of great cuisine!

We could not possibly be absent from such an address: with the chef's help, a really festive menu has been composed, an actual discovery of the products that have turned La Ferme St Simon into such an unmissable place.

Beware though: the risk of becoming a regular is overwhelming…
