Not only is Patrick Pignol cheerful and close to his guests, his cuisine even has a hedonist touch to it. He enjoys creating, innovating, always on the lookout for new symphonies with this spice or the other, this or that flavour… He is an artist for taste buds, his creations are a caress to your palate, with sweet and sour harmonies and many other secrets not to be told. The setting is modern, the atmosphere calm and serene, with interesting or disturbing sculptures decorating the place and where famous faces, most of them regulars, are often seen.
