The Café
de Vendôme restaurant is managed by Philippe Langlois,
whom you might well remember from the Ambassadeurs at
Hotel de Crillon or the Ritz in Paris, or perhaps from
his days in New York at "Chez Daniel", at
"La Grenouille" or at 64th Street on Madison at
the Plaza Athénée Gérard
Sallé is manning the ovens; formerly at the Fouquet's in
Paris, the Régence Plaza, the Relais Plaza, and the
Normandy in Deauville, his cuisine combined classical
recepies, light dishes and new flavours

The Salon de Vendôme:
for prestigious receptions of up to 150 persons

evening functions
