Alain Ducasse
This stunningly decorated
gastronomic establishment, which is situated in a former privatemansion,
is where Chef Alain Ducasse prepares his inimitable contemporary
French cuisine, which is marked by his use of ingredient from
all the regions of France. The restaurant seats 50 and has three
dining rooms, each with a different decor-Renaissance, Louis
XV and Dutch - due to their paintings, trompe l'oeil and sculptures
Le Relais du Parc
A bistro-sylte restaurant
that seats 85 guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is
decorated in a colonial "Out of Africa" ambiance in
a conversatory setting. One of the restaurant's two rooms is
reserved for no-smoking. In summer, the restaurant is extended
onto the garden courtyard
Le Bar
Located on the ground
floor of the restaurant Alain Ducasse is Le Bar, decorated by
the leadign french interior design, Jacques Grange, to recreate
the plush, warm ambiance of an elegant club. Le Bar, which consists
of a bar and a smoking lounge, features a "cigar cellar"
offering a choice of fifty different varieties of cigars and
"liqueur and brandy cellar" containing fine alcohol
such a very old collection of armagnacs dating back to 1918.
